    1 tbsp nut butter optional
    A handful of dried raisins cranberries are a fun twist!
    1 pear or apple, finely grated
    3 tbsp hemp seeds or chia seeds or flax/sunflower seeds—your choice!
    1-2tsp maple syrup or honey
    A handful of 70% dark vegan chocolate
    Cacao powder, vanilla, cinnamon, and cardamom (or any spice you like!)
    Toppings (Optional):
    Fresh berries
    Coconut flakes & cocoa beans
    Plant-based yogurt
